There has been so much going on over here in the foothills. The holidays came and are finally over, so things are starting to settle down.
Somehow I managed to get all my Christmas orders out in time, including some hats I designed and donated to a family in New Jersey. I don’t know how I got all that done, but I do know that by the time I was done, my fingers and wrists hurt so bad I wanted to cry, but it was all worth it!
And now for some pics! I have two WIPs this week. One is some selfish crochet –arm warmers just for me, made from My new favourite yarn! I got it in the November colourway, Harvest Sweets. I’ve not finished it yet because I’ve had so many orders coming in lately, but I try to work on it when I can steal a few minutes for myself!
Yes, those are crochet cables! From what I can gather, not too many people think they can do them, but I’m here to tell you, they are WAY easier to do than you might think!
And now for the other WIP! This one is for a client and it’s a super special one, but that’s all I can/will tell you for right now.
And that’s how the end of my year is shaping up over here. Hope yours ends as well!
